Karl O’Reilly, FCCA, is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Karl holds an Irish citizenship, is a Caymanian status holder and permanent resident of the Cayman Islands. Karl is a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority pursuant to the Directors Registration and Licensing Act 2014. He serves as a director on the boards of alternative investment funds and Web3 entities. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the alternative investment funds industry in the Cayman Islands.

Prior to founding Seaview Global Services, Karl spent approximately 10 years at another service provider in the Cayman Islands, where he held the position of Fund Director. He acted as an independent director of funds managed by emerging and multi-billion-dollar asset managers. 

Karl was Vice President of Fund Governance with Citco Trustees (Cayman) Ltd., a leading global financial services company, where he was responsible for alternative investment funds and structured finance portfolios. 

Prior to Citco Trustees (Cayman) Ltd., he was a Senior Manager with Admiral Administration Ltd. (Maitland Group), where he was responsible for the delivery of fund administration services to a diverse group of funds. He commenced his career in the Cayman Islands with KPMG auditing alternative investment funds and banks.
